Halsten is a Brazilian real estate developer. Customers used three platforms to manage a purchase, so we unified the experience into a cross-platform PWA for desktop and mobile.

Connection
Centralize multiple services such as construction tracking, financials, and support into a single digital platform.

Stakeholder alignment
The project began with stakeholder alignment sessions to define user journeys, information architecture, and technical constraints. I mapped the key system integrations early to ensure feasibility across the ERP, financial, construction, and support platforms.
Wireframe and prototyping
I created wireframes, UX flows, and interactive prototypes, refining the experience through feedback. The solution scaled across web, PWA, and mobile, with continuous improvements after launch.
Outcomes
The final solution unified multiple disconnected services into a single, intuitive digital platform. Clients gained real-time visibility into construction progress, financial information, and support requests, which significantly reduced reliance on in-person interactions and manual processes.
