Connecting Artists and Venues
A project for GoLive (Study Case)
Context
GoLive is a case study connecting artists and venues. I led the full UX process, from research and interviews with real person to prototyping and usability testing.

- Duration
- 6 months
- Skills
- UX Research, User Interviews, Persona Design, User Flow, Wireframing, UI Design, Prototyping, Figma, Usability Testing
Goals
Research-Driven Problem Definition
Identify and address the key pain points faced by local artists and venue owners.
Simplified Discovery & Connection
Streamline how artists and suitable venues find each other.
Scalable & User-Centered Design
Encourage collaboration and trust through a scalable, user-centered solution.
Research, Discovery and Persona
I ran qualitative interviews with both local artists and venue owners, uncovering the real friction points on each side. This dual-perspective research was key to framing a product that genuinely serves two very different types of users.

Personas, Flows & UI Design
With insights in hand, I built personas and mapped the key user flows for both sides of the platform. UI design followed, translating the research into a clean, intuitive interface prototyped in Figma, focused on discovery, connection, and booking.

Usability Testing & Iteration
Usability testing guided iterative refinements, ensuring a natural and efficient experience for artists and venues.

Lessons learned
Recruiting participants without incentives was challenging. As part of the Google UX Design certificate, I led the full UX process end to end.
