Goals
Content Clarity
Improve the clarity and readability of contract information on mobile.
Reduced Friction
Streamline contract discovery and filtering.
Accessibility for Low-Tech Users
Help low-tech users quickly identify the most relevant contracts.

User Analysis & Problem Mapping
I started by mapping how different driver personas interacted with the app, identifying where contract information caused the most confusion. The focus was on what users needed to see at a glance versus what was adding noise.

Component Redesign & Hierarchy
I redesigned key components like contract cards, filters, and detail screens with a clearer visual hierarchy. I restructured the information so the most critical data, origin, destination, value, and deadline, was immediately visible without scrolling or tapping.

Visual Clarity & Testing
With the new components in place, I validated the designs through quick usability checks, ensuring low-tech users could navigate confidently. Typography, contrast, and touch targets were all refined to meet real-world mobile conditions.

Impact
Reduction in time spent choosing a contract
Improvement in contract list comprehension
Increase in contract detail views from the listing screen
